Radio Station News

The station turns "2" on Friday the 13th.  I will be celebrating with at least a cake.  If you have a moment, please e-mail me and tell me what you think of the station.  I need feedback from everyone, regardless if negative or positive.  I can always ignore the negative feedback.

Albums of the week:

Morrissey really impacted alternative music of the 80's.  I remember living in San Diego back in 1985-1988.  I enjoyed listening to 91X and hearing Morrissey made my day.  Good times.  To think those songs were once brand new!  I'm getting old!

     

 

 

July's Losers:

Aren't you glad I don't play "Flashdance" or "I'm All Right" from Caddyshack?!  I just wanted to point those out.  I'm just looking out for you.  We practice "safe music" around here.  Just say "no" to stupid music.

 

Radio Station Changes and Announcements:

[New!] Friday, August 13th is the L A V A L O U N G E 2nd Anniversary.

[New!] Added 10,000 Maniacs, more DM, and removed a few sucky ones.

[New!] Sorry DM fans, had to remove the song "Black Celebration" due to

        technical reasons.  The intro to the song takes a good thirty seconds

       to get going.  I replaced it with two other DM classics.
